CUSTOMER TERMS and RESPONSIBILITIES

We are pleased that you have selected Sunrise Window Cleaning, Inc. to evaluate your window cleaning needs. After your free estimate, please call our office to schedule a date and time for our service. If we are not there when you call, please leave us a massage and we will try to call you within the same day. Please be aware that in some months our schedule fills up fast! Once your window cleaning date and time has been confirm, we require a 24 hr cancelation notice prior to your scheduled cleaning. Appointments cancelled less then 24 hr in advance will be assessed $35 rescheduling charge. This charge also applies to forgotten appointments. Rain generally does not stop complete window cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation with us, being window washers with our Midwest weather. If any windows look spotted, please call our office. We will be happy to re-do those windows. We guarantee our work. We guarantee spot free windows. We offer a 48 hour spot free window guarantee if it rains on all complete interior and exterior work. Please remember to move plants, breakables and other items, which impede our access to the inside of your windows. Windows obstructed will be skipped rather then risking damage. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We are responsible for the damages caused by us, when our office is notified within 24 hours of the service.

Without your prompt feedback, we can only believe, that work was completed to your satisfaction. So please take a moment and fill out our report card.

SOLICITATIONS

Customers must not directly solicit or engage the service of our window washers, except through Sunrise Window Cleaning, Inc. Our window washers have agreed in writing, that they will not accept direct employment from any client of Sunrise Window Cleaning, Inc. This agreement remains in effect during the time that window washer is established with our company and for a period of one year after. Any such solicitation (from you, the customer) of our window washers while under contract with Sunrise Window Cleaning, Inc. and for period of one year after this contract is terminated, will be view as an intentional act on your part to interfere with the contract rights of Sunrise Window Cleaning, Inc. can result in damages and attorney fees against you. Jurisdiction for this contract is the County of Du Page, Illinois.
